Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Kaarighar, you agree to these terms. Kaarighar is a marketplace connecting artisan sellers with buyers. We facilitate transactions but are not party to the sale contract between buyer and seller.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Sellers must complete KYC verification. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

3. Buying

All prices include applicable taxes. Orders are confirmed upon payment. Delivery timelines are estimates. Returns are subject to our return policy. Custom orders may not be returnable.

4. Selling

Sellers must accurately represent their products. All items must be handcrafted or hand-assembled. Sellers set their own prices. Kaarighar charges a 15% commission. Payments are disbursed within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

5. Prohibited Content

Mass-manufactured items, counterfeit goods, illegal items, offensive content, and spam are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination.

6. Dispute Resolution

We encourage direct communication between buyers and sellers. If unresolved, our support team mediates. Disputes are governed by Indian law, jurisdiction of Gurugram courts.
