7-Day Return Window: Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Handmade Variations: Minor variations in color, texture, and dimensions are inherent to handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
